Looks like an issue with the archiver you used to create the archives.
I've tried opening it with various ones (namely 7-zip, FreeARC and WinRAR) and all show either "weird" characters or missing parts in the file names.

It appears that the apostrophes are not recognized. I'll remove them and re-upload. I wonder why they don't show up on my end? I use 7-Zip.
