Necrobob hasn't been on the forum since 2016 and his GDrive link in the (https://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=144312) OP of the NecroAge thread requires you to send an access request to him, whether he would get it or respond only time will tell.

I did not mention Darkfate because just recently (see "72 Hours: Dirty Money" thread), someone had problems downloading from there, and AFAIK was not the first one. Additionally, many people can't read the download page because it's all in Russian. Other than that, though, Darkfate is a quite reliable source these days.
