Yeah I imagine powerful and sexually attractive overlap for some women? (and also not all ladies will be attracted to the batman image in that cartoon)
Not sure how much that overlaps with SPESH MARINES tho. I mean you almost never see their actual bodies (apart from the heads) and while they're obviously big the chestplate doesn't evoke "rippling muscular torso" the same way Sororitas' does "corset and boobs".
