wow I got to say Khad, really REALLY nicely played! And waaaaaaay faster than I finished that mission for the first time.
I know the game is nearly finished but it seems to me that you have finally 'got' the idea of thief, like when you said something like, this woman has no idea I'm even in here!
Even though this mission is kind of forced ghosting its actually a much more satisfying way to play, get in get the job done and get out and nobody even knew you were there :cool:
Also awesome job on the library, although yeah a thank you would have been nice!
Anyway I really enjoyed that episode, really nicely done :thumb:
Now do it all again!

Is Khad even reading this thread? Thought someone else had posted it to start with (no, I haven't read every page...it must be really good to have this many posts in it though).
Great to see Saturnine is still hanging around here. Still think The 7th Crystal when people ask me what are the best FMs to play. It's always in my recommendations list. Which is fairly short since my memory is not what it used to be. :p

I'm a bit behind, and I'm currently watching part 2 of the Kidnap video. I had to laugh when he set off his own mine, losing health and then professional saved :thumb:

Well I guess Khad uses quick save only not to loose his progress, as he obviously doesn't care about messing up, and reloads only when mission fails — or perhaps when he gets completely stuck because of a clipping bug, though I don't remember for sure if that happened yet (?).

And that's exactly the right thing to do. Especially if one's doing an LP - seriously, who would want to watch a guy reload 15 times in a row just so that he can finally pull a seemingly impossible stunt? In Khad's case such stunts involve successfully blackjacking a crucial guard in the face, or navigating the mission for longer than a minute without running through marble and alerting half the floor, but that's irrelevant.

I actually respect his refusal to quickload at the first sign of trouble, it's just that a quicksave is best done when you're somewhere safe. E.g. not in a small easily accessible room at ground level immediately after getting hurt and making a racket.
