They bounce with or without gas release, but bouncing is too fast and doesn't stop, player steps on the floor and it starts to bounce non-stop. See the last video of Khad LP.

I'm actually surprised he managed to do so much, so fast… I remember having a much harder time to craft stuff, it almost looked like he knew already where every factory bay was :(
However, considering how he is wasting his water arrows, the next parts might be a bit more tricky.

For all we know, he might've checked the map and edited it out!
Though I do hope Khad isn't cheating. Getting lost over and over and running into multitude of robots without the resources necesssary to dispatch them is something I'm looking forward to :)

I don't do much editing with the Thief videos (or any of the main LP's for that matter).
If you remember, I did find the machines before I found the parts so I had a general idea where they were (also some luck involved). I haven't been editing this series to try to look good up to this point so why start now when it is almost over?
Anyhow, don't worry; you get to see me fumble around quite a lot with the most recent video that just went up.
