The end of an era. I think Khad's Thief LP might be the first LP I ever watched. And while I sometimes pitied you when you had it hard and was happy for you when you solved something fast, the moments like the last episode where things go horribly wrong are still the funniest. Now, still plenty of cursing to do in Cthulhu and Thief 3 I reckon, so good luck.

Escape was the mission after your eye got ripped out and you had to flee from all the monkey rats and bug beasts, with not a single shadow anywhere. And you had a cold when you played it.

The final episode of Khads T2 playthrough was a work of art was it not? It perfectly captured the deconstruction of sanity. I will definately be giving it a second watch while eating my dinner tonight.
I'm looking forward to his TDS playthrough but I fear he might find it too easy and that there will be less rage moments. Still, there's always the Cradle to look forward to :ebil:

The only voice acting in TDS that bugged me much was Marla, Bertha, and Carmen. TDS is my least favorite of the three games. I still liked it though and will be watching the Khad playthrough for sure. I bet it ends up being Khad's favorite.

If you truly want to thank TTLG Khad you'll play one of the hundreds of fine fan-made missions to get a taste of why we're still obsessed with this old game. I would recommend Lady Rowena's The Tower. In terms of aesthetics, gameplay and storytelling it is pure excellence. It was also created for a contest with size restrictions so it is quite short and would fit snugly into one of your calendar's Mini-LP slots. :D

Maybe we should advise him to install the minimalistic hud or at least the mod to get rid of the atomic highlight? It was a long time ago, I forgot if there was one that tones down this effect. And high definition pack is the must i guess.
