Nope. He found Reuben's mansion, though. But I needn't say this, you watched the video anyway... xd I used the word "progress" for but the purpose of making you show up again.
I didn't watch it, but your mean spirited intention was quite obvious, honeybunny. *facepalm*
So cute. If you were a 3 year old.

There's something I don't understand. How can Khad spend only about half an hour on Thief? I can spend hours!!
Beleg Cúthalion on 31/7/2010 at 09:13
Khad: You can't see me. I'm in the shadows. That's the rules.
Downwinder: Ha!
Zack.
However, there are some pretty neat artworks on the first page by now.

I don't get why people are getting so mad for, it's not like Khad's enjoyment of the game has any bearing on mine. And frankly I'm enjoying his videos, and I have to admirer his shear pigheadedness in his ability to actually make it this far.
Honestly who here would of actually kept on playing with only 1 hit of health left, he might not be playing it quite the way it was intended but at least he's willing to live with the consequences of his playing style by not re-loading every time he messes up.

Because he's a reflection of what gaming has become. It's even more disheartening that people are defending and now echoing his opinions.

Why doesn't he do silent hill next? :ebil:

It's much more sensible to defend a guy that's just trying to have fun, rather than agreeing with someone who takes it personal when he gets angry and yells "stupid game!".
And what
has gaming become? So a couple of people are blowing off steam on games. God forbid they do that. It's as if games weren't meant for recreation purposes.

Getting frustrated and angry while playing a video game is something new? I remember me and my friends getting plenty pissed off while playing legend of zelda back in the day too.
And while I defend his opinions, I don't really share them either. Besides arguing about this is about as pointless as arguing about gay marriage, the only way it affects you is if you want it to affect you.

I agree with Lamb which really reminds me of the time back at the bonehoard where he fell off the woodens planks at the beginning of the level and ended up with 1 HP but still continued.
I had a biigg laugh there. :laff: C'mon, I would have restarted at that!
Jarvis on 1/8/2010 at 22:51
I'd say this affects us all more so that gay marriage. People's bedroom preferences stays in the bedroom, but Khad reflects the way the average person approaches games. The developers cater to the money, and frankly quality doesn't sell as well as what you might think. I mean... Twilight is a perfect example of what I'm talking about here. Sure, there's nothing wrong with blowing off steam in a game. But it can also be an art form, deserving just as much respect as movies at least.
Thief tried something different, and in many ways it succeeded. Just because Khad doesn't appreciate it doesn't justify the statement that it's a crappy game. It's like a young buck saying Citizen Kane, or The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly are bad movies because they have a lot of long and fairly silent scenes.
That's what I mean. No, I don't think the future of gaming hinges on Khad's LPs. It's just a reflection. One indicator amid a myriad of such indicators.
