Watching mission movies in Windows

When I try to watch the briefing movies for Thief Gold with Windows Media Player I only hear the sound, no picture. Is there some codec that I´m missing? The indeo codec is already installed.

It should play fine with any mplayer GUI or the VideoLanClient:
