Do you mean one of the major bedrooms on the second floor? Or one of the many bunk rooms on the main floor.

51860/55230 or 3370 missing in loot. I'm gambling that most of it resides in the still undiscovered 6th secret.
[SPOILER]Is it possible that the ventilation system leads somewhere that the floor below doesn't reach? I've scoured this mansion, plus the maze outside for a cache of heavy loot with no success, and I can't believe that over 3000 is distributed in tiny bits here and there.[/SPOILER]

Yes i think it was in one of the rooms with many bunks.
I´ll go see if i can find it again.

I believe that's the same secret as

It triggers the same accessway and the secret is ticked off depending on which you get to first
