I'm ipressed. Fantastic FM, and very innovative!
However I came upon problem which made the FM almost unplayable for me after a certain point :(
I got severe slow-down like 3-5 fps after I moved the stone thing to the fire wall to get a sun. Is there any way to fix it? The FM became practically unplayable :tsktsk:

I just finished this FM properly and . . . wow. :wot: I can't even think of what to say. This FM is gorgeous, the music was relaxing, and I loved playing around with the suns and light beams. :thumb: I had a great time with it, and the scene with the cracking walls and rising water scared the living hell out of me. I knew it was coming, but I still panicked. :D
This FM is simply amazing. :thumb: Since I know the author and figure I can probably say it (again) without creeping him out: sir, I want your babies.

Wow, just wow. This FM is stunningly beautiful! I'm suddenly feeling like on holiday, it remembers me so much on my visit to Egypt last year.
It has a very convincing atmosphere - lovely and relaxing with the sunshine outside, the nice textures and the music on the one hand, and very deadly with all these traps on the other! At the moment it seems to be more about light than water, but who cares. Now back to Temple Raider....
Btw, I don't think that the jumping part was very difficult, somehow it worked for me almost instantly, which I find highly praiseworthy considering Garrett's normal behaviour when I try to make him jump and climb something.

Everyone keeps referring to Egypt.
Am I the only one who felt like it was supposed to be a Mayan or Aztec temple? The hieroglyphs and music brought a definate central american theme to it. Plus, the fern hanging from the ceiling at the beginning suggested a jungle of some sort, but no trees were visible so maybe just an oasis?
But I think I do recall seeing an egyptian texture. I think it was a female/bird demigod texture...
Of course....This is the thief universe so anything is possible.

Agreed, since the gamesys is mayan.gam, I think it's safe to assume the author was going for, at least mostly, a Mayan look and feel.
