I am just adding water in my mission using T2/New Dark. The water does not look like the typical blue or green. Did all the same things I always do for water - Specify blue or green, put flow brush around it, etc. the color of the water is a blackish grey and you can see through it and it behaves like water in every other way.
I assume it is a configuration I don't know about. Did a search and came up empty.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Do you have any lights in your scene? Water in NewDark can receive shadows now - so if there's no lights, maybe it's all in the shadow?

There's a lightmapped water option in the Build Dialog. You might have enabled that. It can take some getting used to but you can turn it off.
Another possibility is that the centre of the flow brush is in solid.

I suspect you have lightmapped water enabled as they said. You can disable it and get back the fullbright glowing water you're used to, but honestly I would recommend you just get used to this and place some light sources to showcase it.
