Do what I did. Split the intersecting flow brushes . You'll need an additional 4x4 DU flow brush there and set time to the end. Update in world.

If you just know what i have done the last half an hour. If i delete the thin brush above the water, so there is solid brush above the water, in the faulty area.
If i do that, then it appears on another place. If i had anu hair, i ripped it off by now. I hate Dromed now, what have i done to deserve this.
I think i let it be, i'll ad a bug in the readme. I give up.

Well, the intersecting flow brushes look like this
IIIIIIIII
IIIIIIIII
IIIIIIIII
IIIIIIIII
_____I________
This won't work.
Do it like this - everywhere
IIIIIIIII
IIIIIIIII
IIIIIIIII
IIIIIIIII
_____A________
A=additional small flow brush.

How many objects do you have in your mission? Are there any instances where lots of sounds are being played at the same time?
The reason why I ask is that in a test mission I detonated 20+ sunburst devices. Doing that caused a problem with sounds being generated but it also stopped the water from being rendered.
Another suggestion is to use a different flow brush group when the canal changes directions, and specify the direction rate in x, y, or z change/sec. Then click on 'update in world'.
