There's an "efficiency" property in TDS that means that nothing happens until Garrett is within a certain physical distance. That means if you're quick enough you can get to this sort of situation and maybe do something about it before the dead bodies happen. I've been completely through TDS with no damage given or taken and no dead bodies. And that's with the v1.1 patch too. Just run like blazes and gas those guys before they kill each other.

More bugs:
- the city watch can see two people kill each other in front of him, walk away, come back, see the body and come looking for YOU even though the murderer just greeted him on the way past. This also adds to the 'bodies discovered' total, which pissed me off as I was trying to go the whole game with 0 discovered.
- When you load a saved game the background music doesnt play until you enter the 'zone' of the next music change. Very noticable on the museum or lair level.
- holstered swords sometimes are pointing upwards instead of downwards.
- people can die falling on thier torch.
- Eyeballs sometimes are pure black (maybe thats just my graphics card).

The torch and sword suicide thing isn't a bug. If you were unconcious, and fell on a flaming torch or a sword, with your whole weight on top of it, wouldn't you expect to die? Or at least have some serious injury?
What is a bug however, is a sword in 'End of the Bloodline' that is hanging in mid-air, just waiting for you to knock it down and make noise. This sword is in the storage room, castle front, where the broadhead arrows are.

Another, in the tavern in Stonemarket Proper, if you take a bottle loot out of the wine rack, the normal bottle beside it will fall down through the wine rack down to the ground.

If you'd call it a bug, I found a dead guard stuck halfway through the pier in the docks...near she whose name shall not be mentioned, and I can't be screwed to put a spoiler tag in, although, now i've taken more time and effort to type this, than it would be to type {name} is spoiler tags...

I was trying to make her do that...put oil right at the end of the pier on her patrol route, and get her to chase me...wait, that would mean jumping off...
