I may be wrong but just the word Plumsie is just untranslatable. There is no pagan style in french.
I have no problem to correct the joke and repack your FM again. Ask Azaran if the joke is translatable, he's better than me in english.
You also have every right to be demanding. For example, Melan always ask skacky to read and correct my translations, and I'm more than OK with that because I know it'll make the translation better.

It's a Pagan diminutive of plum, so translating it into French, I'd probably go with something like "prunelle" or the like

It's less about the word plumsie and whatever you would translate it as in French (though it should be obvious just use the word they used in the official French releases), but more about ruining the joke of calling them grapes. Wine pretty much changes the entire context.
