Oh I try. If I spot something, I let the rest of the team know before I started shelling it to hell.
Also, I forgot the custom downloads. Of the ten servers that were running, there were always the custom downloads. I NEVER saw the content of those downloads. It was annoying to tab out and wait for everything to load. By the time it was done, the server was switching maps. I have a cable connection, so speed is not the issue. The fact that there were a billion files to download was the issue.
Real leaves? Custom armored car skins? Tripwire can't include this in the official packs? Really?

I was going to buy the Nuclear Dawn 4-pack, but then bills and car repairs came up and now I have less than $100 to get me through 'til Friday. :(

Just ordered Perfect Dark Zero for $5.99. It really is amazing when you think about it. Some folks wanted it right when it came out and paid TEN TIMES that price. Also, I hear Halo 2 can run on the 360 without a hard drive. I'll have to borrow that old copy from my brother...

Man, I never liked PD to begin with and then PD0 was even worse.
lost_soul on 14/8/2011 at 23:08
lol I absolutely loved the first PD. It did everything Goldeneye should have done. Breakable lights, disarmable enemies, full speech, surround sound, bots, prettier graphics and on and on. Too bad the frame rate frequently fell in the toilet.

Too bad it was also a shit game.
Kinda like Goldeneye.

Getting proper teamwork going in Red Orchestra is like that allegory with the planes. You are more likely to be hit by a lightning than....
No one else's fault if you choose to play with twits. I was in a RO clan when it was a popular UT2K4 mod; we used teamspeak and there was a lot of team work going on. Best FPS MP experience I've had. Apart from Planetside of course, but that was occasionally just so
epic.

The problem is, a year or so after it went commercial it basically went to shit. It's a problem with pretty much any Battlefield clone, I think- too many people trying to go Rambo and not enough teamwork.
You want to not play with twits? Good luck finding enough people actually interested enough in playing.

Yea fair enough. There's games, and then there's games that should only be played in a LAN with a few friends (or a clan).
