I was sorely tempted by The Witcher, but it's quite a big download and I've already grabbed RAGE off Steam this month, cap for me is 50GB/Month.
Plus, I need to finish DA:O and Rage.
Obviously, I already had Outcast :D

I picked up Outcast and Blood via GOG's sale, and the Tomb Raider games via Steam's. Now I'll never finish anything! :D

And I'm already on the slippery slope, don't you worry. I have been actively getting RID of games that I don't think I will ever play again (see previous giveaway thread), but it doesn't make up quite enough.
