That recipe is alright, just make sure you're getting actual yeast and not baking powder.
Mine is a little different using 500g of flour, equal amounts of salt and sugar (1 teaspoon) and 250 mL water. I usually mix vigorously water, salt and sugar first in a pot and let it in peace until a thick foam appears on top. Then add it to the flour. I also add the oil as I go while kneading. If the dough is too dry, add some water. If it's too sticky, some flour.
After kneading, I let it for one hour under a moist cloth in a warm place rather than wrap, but that's basically the same thing. Then divide in three balls and put two in the freezer ok

Nice. I'll follow that tip next time I pizza.
Now for toppings discussion.
I like to do pizza blanco (pizza with no tomato). So you chuck on blue vein cheese, spanish onion sauteed with a little balsamic vinegar and whatever else. Marinated eggplant works a treat. You need to keep the moistness factor up when you do this as the lack of tomato can make the pizza CLAGGY AND UNSAVOURY
I also think colour variation is important but you can't overdo it or people will think your pizzas are GARISH.
Also chuck basil/baby spinach/roquette on at the end (NEVER COOK IT) (but cook oregano/thyme and other herbs). no coriander though this isnt a thai restaurant
if you're doing pizza night for friends just make the dough and the toppings then make them with friends DESIGN YOUR OWN PIZZA
Also no utensils allowed
Protip hit your baker up for fresh yeast (never actually done this)

PC:-
* Fallout: New Vegas DLC expansions - As soon as the first significant discount deal on Steam happens.
* Portal 2 - As soon as the first significant discount deal on Steam happens.
* Bioshock 2: Minerva's Den
* Singularity - As soon as I see a good deal for it.
* Deus Ex 3
* Battlefield 3
* Rage
* Batman: Arkham City
* Torchlight 2
* Mass Effect 3
* Grim Dawn - Whenever it's due.
* Skyrim - I've never played a TES game (save for Redguard), but the glut of E3 material has sold me on this game.
* Infinityshock
Console:-
* Final Fantasy IV: Complete Collection (PSP)
* Replacement Blu-ray laser unit for my PS3.
* Dead Space 2
* Red Dead Redemption - I've been waiting for a budget compilation w/ Undead Nightmare.
* L.A. Noire - I'll wait until all the mission-based DLC is available, then I'll purchase the (
http://www.1up.com/news/rockstar-pass-gets-current-future-la-noire-dlc-discount) Rockstar Pass. Unsure of which version to get, (
http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/digitalfoundry-la-noire-face-off) the PS3 version is superior, but my PS3 is fucked.
* Yakuza 4

Yeah, I'm waiting for all the DLC to go on sale too. It's going to be a while before I get back 'round to FONV, so why blow $40 on something I won't even play for at least a year?
As to Portal 2... I got the PS3 version for $40- comes with a code for the PC version, of course. I imagine you're waiting for it to go down to, like, what, $20? It's worth $40, which I never thought I'd say.
I think Deus Ex HR is my next gaming purchase; I need to get through my backlog before I start doing the impulse-buy thing anymore.

Final Fantasy IV: Complete Collection (PSP)
Unless you have a thing for 2D sprites, I'd recommend getting the DS remake over the PSP port. For one, the DS version is considerably more difficult. And not in a cheap way, either. It's honestly challenging. That's a rare thing for an FF game these days. The PSP version, unfortunately, knocks the difficulty back down to the usual "go through the motions to get to next story bit" cruise mode.
Secondly, the new chapters are a bit uninspired. They're good as bonus material, but I wouldn't choose the complete collection over the DS rev specifically for them.
Thirdly, I actually came to prefer the stylized 3D characters and environments in the DS rev over the high res sprites in the PSP version. This is a matter of opinion, of course, but you know...deep down...I'm right.
So if you haven't played an FFIV remake yet, pick the DS version first and foremost.

I don't own a DS. Also I watched part of a Let's Play of the DS remake a few months ago and honestly it wasn't long before I wanted to put my fist through the screen. FF4 is MY favourite game in the series and seeing the over-long cutscenes with N64 graphics just made me rage.
Renzatic on 17/6/2011 at 18:39
The graphics aren't bad at all when you see them on a DS screen. There are actually some places in the game where the zoomed in camera and nifty 3D enhance the atmosphere considerably over the sprite version.
But if I can't change your mind, I'll be willing to trade you my copy of Complete for a couple of gifted GOGs. I wasn't too impressed with it myself, but I know I'd love some Duke Nukem and er...maybe...Ultima Underworld 2.
edit: ...wait. You live in New Zealand. I'd have to up the trade to 4 GOGs just to cover the shipping costs.

I'm buying RF: Armageddon sooner or later because hey, open world or not, there's no engine that captures the cathartic rumbling of a building's innards crashing down on itself before the walls creak and buckle and the entire structure collapses in a floury tumble of dust and debris quite as well as GeoMod 2(.5).
Also, DE:HR in August is pretty much a given, and so is the Ico/SotC collection later on this year. Rage, and Batman: Arkham City seem inevitable, but I'm waiting for reviews on those.
