I watched everything up to this ep and good god... I heard about how bad the controls and camera in this game are, but this is just... wow. Terribad.

They're honestly not as bad as many, many surhor games before it. And you do get used to it. More to the point, SH2 lets you choose whether your controls are locked to the camera or not.

Sulph, Eva & Briareos, thanks for your thoughts. As long as the gameplay is good a weak story won't bother me much. I'll buy Skate 3 for now, but Crysis 2 remains on my to-buy-someday-list.

Gunneh, I'd suggest considering the iPad instead. If you're like me, you'll fall in love with the wonders of the thing, but come to realize that the screen is just a tad too small to get all you can out of it.
Like I've played Zork through the free FROTZ interpreter you can get on the App Store. It's alright on the iPhone, but it'd be so much better if you could see more of the text while you've got the keyboard up. And the Super Nintendo emulator I've been goofing around with? I'm sure it'll be 100x better on a nice 10 inch screen you hold in your lap. Your thumbs won't get in the way of all the action on an iPad.
So yeah. Get an iPad. It's basically the same thing, but you'll find it has a better selection of titles. And will be more comfortable to use for extended periods of time.
