I tried to make my own paella tonight.
After that failed and the fire alarm died down I walked down the road to Marks and Spencer's and was delighted to discover their "serves 2" deluxe Paella was on sale for £3.50. Yum.
This is a victory for the consumer.

I was making an omelette this evening and got the idea of finally getting rid of that piece of salami, lying in the fridge for days. With the first bite fat was dripping from my chin and I thought I had to puke. The whole omelette ruined, I'm not going to try that again.

I've got two eggs and two strips of bacon, here. Overdone a bit. I guess I set the electric skillet a tad too high this morning.
