Start cooking the potatoes early. Earlier than GBM said in the recipe. The meat is real swiftly done.

I finally got that new pizza shot uploaded! But no more!

what happened to the crust
Scots Taffer on 11/10/2009 at 11:52
Thinned out a little TOO much at the edges :D
Still tasted good!

I'm sure it did, but the pepperoni placement is particularly peculiar, perhaps purposeful; your position as pizza preparateur appears perilous.

Tonight we're having fried chicken, black eyed peas (fresh, thank you. they're amazing), rice, and what is
probably the last batch of tomatoes and basil of the year. Yes we get fresh-off-the-vine tomatoes in October. We also know half of the people who grew that stuff. This is California motherfuckers.
I've been gorging on fresh pesto all year cause my mom grows basil in our greenhouse (with our tomatoes as a matter of fact). She called me the other day just to tell me she was making it, even though I wasn't going home that weekend. Probably just to guilt trip me and damn it worked :(

We've also been having the most marvelous discussions around here. We think of you and hope you will post but you never do. It's okay, we know you are busy.

Had to bump this for my (surely long awaited) entry in the TTLG Pizza Off:

And you would be correct. BUT! Do you know what the crust of that pizza is made of? NO! You do not! So I will tell you: That crust is made from flour, AND BEER. (Specifically, 12 ounces of Blanche de Chambly and four cups of flour. And nothing else.) There is also a sprinkling of pine nuts between the sauce and the cheese.
Your move, TTLG.

So its that boring in Phoenix eh?
Beer crust sounds like a winner, and that pizza looks good.
