Peanut butter, almond butter, banana, dark chocolate powder protein shake. Needed a little more ice but is uncommonly good.

I can now totally recommend that if you ever have some bananas that have gotten a little overripe, mash them up and add them to pancake batter. Mmm...

This. Actually, any bananas work ok, but you TOTALLY have to mash them up and mix. Banana hunks dont work that well.
Though, if you have both: Blueberry pancakes (blueberry's melt like chocolate chips) with banana syrup (cook bananas in water/milk with cornstarch and honey/sugar/maple syrup). Man I need some of that right now.

I was a big eater until I spent ~10 years as an asst. Sous Chef. I dunno, working around food all the time just turned me off of it. Especially, on those days I was throwing up Goldschlager from the night before in my trash can @ 9am while setting up the cold bar for lunch...
The oysters did it to me every fucking time.
