And I have been to Italy twice. I worked in a pizza kitchen for years. That pizza looks like shit, Scots...soz.
One thing I have learned from over a decade of slaving in several 4 star restaurants...presentation is 9/10. If it looks like shit, it will inevitably taste like shit. Transference and all that.

Me, I just unfreeze a triple-cheese Buitoni with a ton of emmental and extra-spicy chorizo on top and I'm good.
I can cook and I love home-made pizza, but most days I'm just lazy :cool:
