Gotta share this wonderful trailer for a new movie from the director of Mutant Girls Squad and Zombie Ass: Toilet of the Dead. (no, I haven't seen any of these)

Wait, does that mean you haven't even seen RoboGeisha? What kind of an uncultured slob are you?

Planning to see The Handmaiden this week. I dig me some Park Chan-wook, and the erotic component doesn't hurt either.

Seeing as Twin Peaks season 3 is set to screen next week, I'm all over that.

I was pretty stoked about the new Twin Peaks, but now that I've seen the trailer for Ghost Squad, it's like nothing else matters anymore.

All right. You know how long it's been since The Fifth Element?
TOO GODDAMN LONG.

This really looks like it's going to be prime Luc Besson. Every particle of schlock has been preserved and redistributed across the visuals, dialogue, and whatever the hell the story is supposed to be (beyond channelling Unicron from Transformers -- how's it goin', eater of worlds?), along with the trailer score, which is an operatic version of... Gangsta's Paradise. Talk about a statement of intent.
I bet I'm going to be shovelling popcorn down with a permanent look of disbelief etched across my face when this hits a nearby theatre.

Not to be confused with Valyrian and the empire of a thousand dragons.

Yes, Valerian is looking great!

Ah, yes! I didn't realize that's what it was the first time I watched it. :)
It's actually (
