Zoro - apart from the street being uniformly lit, I would also add some weeds a small stones lying around in the corners and around edges of walls and kerbs. That should add more interest to the place.
I like the variety of the textures on the ground though - street, kerbs and pavement.

I guess you played with the Pathfinding!

No, with magnets.

How the hell do they even work?
LarryG on 23/9/2017 at 19:45
In real life or in my MacGuffin?
In real life it has to do with the the piezomagnetic properties of antiferromagnetic materials, such as water. Sometimes the experiments will show a drop of water levitated in space, but living animals have more dramatic flare in demonstrations, and frogs, being both small and about 70 or so percent water, levitate quite nicely. There is something about levitating a living creature that catches the imagination. Humans would levitate too if placed in a sufficiently strong magnetic field, since we are typically 50-65% water.
In my MacGuffin I do some model switching, joint tweaking, and frog emitting to kinda-sorta emulate what a RL levitating frog looks like.

What about in the FM universe though? It's like the RL?

In the same way that exploding frogs are.

I've been working on redoing all of the in-game titles for DCE. Previously I was just using onscreen text, but that's kind of pedestrian. The new ones are not. Translations are nearly done in French, German and Russian so I hope I'll be sending RC 2 to testers and translators in a few days. Won't make the September date I had hoped, but early October is very likely.
