The thing that disturb me the most with this Trickster model is the horns and the tail.
This one have Gazelle horn but the Trickster actually got Cow horns !
As the tail is not a cow tail but somekind of very long fleshy one like Rats.
The rest is okay for me ! ;)
Just take a closer look on these TG movies (intro and CS11) to see how LGS have imaginated the shape of the Trickster.

Death's Cold Embrace 2: Embrace Harder?
Hehe, no not really. I really like DCe and I also like the smoke effect and the little House for the Guards, I am using some stuff from DCe. The Weather snow ist my favorite one, and I have add the weather in Heart of the Gems. I making a complete new version with bonus objectives and secrets and some new areas. Also new puzzles will arrive. :D

I don't understand why anyone still uses solid discs for smoke/steam anymore, when NewDark bitmap discs looks so much better and hardly take any more effort.

What do you mean with NewDark Bitmap Discs? Is there a thread about these effects?

Also, the nice thing about this is that you can have light effect it's visibility. This is how I was able to get some of the build-board objects that were made in one of my missions.
"Build-board"? Err, do you mean (
http://www.opengl-tutorial.org/intermediate-tutorials/billboards-particles/billboards/) billboards?
Also, you shouldn't use particles for effects like in your screenshot. That's what axis-locked bitmap worldspace objects are for. They do a far better job of it since they'll stay facing the player, but still remain "upright" when you get close to them.
