What do you expect will become of T1 and 2 FMs now that T3 FMs are in the works? I know the great FMs will always remain classics and will be loved and played by many, but what do you think modders and builders are planning to do? You think they'll all move to T3 or stay where they are?

I think T2 will keep going strong (My first map is for T3 btw). It also depends on which editor people are comfortable with.

To be blunt. T2 and Gold FM's will probably be around for a while. Many are currently in progress.
FM's for TDS are coming, with more as the editor is better understood.
But the question is really more applicable to coffee clatch idle chitchat.
My original assessment stands.

TDM will soon eclispe both, in terms of gameplay, configurability, moddability, graphics and sustained development with future game engines.
