I thought it might be interesting to see what everyone does professionally. I suspect there are some cool jobs people are/were doing. So, what do y'all do with yourselves?
I'll go first:
I got a BA in International Relations, then a MSc in Russian Studies. Ive lived in Scotland and Russia, worked as a network cabler, and trained as an Air Traffic Controller in Toronto.

Air Traffic Controller? Cool! :D
I'm a Media Designer at a small animation studio. I do videoediting, 2D/3D modelling and animation, and some webdesign.

So you're why nobody's flying lately.
I'm a journalist with a specialization in copy editing (which is useful for other fields.) I'm currently unemployed, however, so I'm working on a book instead.

I work as a webdeveloper at a newspaper publishing house. They are currently trying to give me another 1-year terminable contract although by law I should get an indefinite contract after having worked there for two years straight. Other than that I like my job.

I'm a postgraduate researcher looking into
in vitro alternatives to animal testing in cosmetics and toiletries.
I'm sure it's ok to have a separate thread, as it was a while ago, but seeing as you're interested,
(http://www.ttlg.com/forums/showthread.php?t=135862&highlight=PhD) we did this before.
