A lot of the regular loot in TDP/TG The Lost City seem to be some kind of antique burial goods. Most of them are said to be jars, and I'm ok with that. However, there are some -things- there. They count as loot, but I don't quite see what they're supposed to be. Can you be of assistance?
* green, three feet long stick
* said stick, sharpened into an over-sized pencil stub
* blue hubcaps
:weird:

The blue hubcaps are sapphire decorative plates.
The "sharpened sticks" to me are ancient bottles, with a peculiar cap.
The "long sticks" are, to me, are a roll of ancient material, a carpet or something, bound by golden rings.
That's my take.

Wow !
Nameless, how come this loot doesn´t have this awesome resolution in my PC ? For me it´s just like the green tapestry on the right.

That's because the one on the left is the improved version he's made for the object enhancement pack. Look towards the end of (

Thank you, all. One thing though, I think the sapphires must be impure, since they're only worth 15 each.

I do think that some of the loot is mispriced. I mean, a stack of gold coins is worth 25 IIRC while those huge honkin sapphires are 15? Geeze!
Yandros on 17/9/2007 at 16:26
I don't think they're supposed to be sapphires, just some material worth a little bit more than glass.

What can we say, maybe the market price of sapphires went down after Garrett flooded the market with them.
