I could name a few, but a more nostalgic one has to be "The Dead of Winter". Unlike many other Fan Missions of its kind. I found myself really hating this mission when I first played it a few years ago. Yet as I got better and I adapted I really liked the overall atmosphere and kept it in my archive since.

I could go on, but I wanna hear your stories and nostalgia. Which missions stuck with you well after you played?

PS. Tempted to update The Dead of Winter for more suited in New Dark, but I don't have the original file nor do I think I would have the permission.

I vividly remember my first playthroughs of Sepulchre of the Sinistral (in 2006) and Ominous Bequest (in 2007). I can even remember my precise circumstances for both: SoS I stayed up too late playing (had just figured out the labyrinth puzzle, and had to wake up at 430am for. HS jazz band trip to Monterey for a competition. (We came in 2nd.) OB, we had just hosted a graduation party and my aunt was in town, and we wanted to show her how cool these fan made games were. Not sure she appreciated them...

"Mysterious Invitation" was among the first FMs I ever played, and it was what made me realize that FMs could be just as large, complex, and detailed as the OMs. Shortly after, I played the two sequels, "Ultima Ratio" and "The Mirror of Return." Somehow, by sheer coincidence, my first playthrough of "The Mirror of Return" took place only a few days after I'd downloaded TLoZ: Majora's Mask for the Wii Virtual Console. It threw me for quite a loop when I arrived in the village of Whitewater!
Another FM I'm rather fond of is "Finals at the Academy." The sheer amount of effort and labor that went into this beauty still amazes me: the well-developed history of the Keeper Academy and the Anharrans, the automatic note-taking system, the clever puzzles with unconventional solutions, the elaborate designs of each magister's private chambers, and the massive number of readables. While I was in college, I would replay this FM after every semester, just because it felt thematically appropriate and I liked having an excuse to enjoy it again.
But perhaps my all-time favorite FM is "Rowena's Curse." Sure, it's got its flaws, and it's not even Lady Rowena's magnum opus, but there's a certain thrill I get every time I load up this mission. Maybe it's because the story starts with a simple mystery to solve, but gradually evolves into a twisted and tragic narrative that spans multiple generations (and I love me some good narratives). Maybe it's because of how certain rooms are teased but blocked off until they become relevant to the plot, which only happens after you've begun delving into the mansion's darkest secrets. Maybe it's because of how a few key areas are foreshadowed in such a way as to fill you with dread long before it becomes time to open that door, not unlike the buildups to "Return to the Cathedral" and "Robbing the Cradle." Maybe it's all of these reasons, and then some. Regardless, this is one FM I can never get enough of.

The Inverted Manse - it just seemed so ground breaking for FMs when it came out. And Broken Triad, just because it's nearly perfect in every way.
Also, from a visual standpoint, Keeper of Infinity, I'm sure there the others but it feels like the first FM that had legitimate minimum hardware requirements.

Calendra's Cistern and Lorgan's Web. I am a die hard fan of TDP/TG missions and these were 2 very good ones.

There was one I loved which was a cementery with zombies, and you have to enter into a crypt. I don't remember his name... It is a really short Fan Mission with a lot of NewDark particles. Need to see in Enhanced Thief Fan Missions Archive :D
Serouisly, someone can remember me the name? It was created during a recent contest (last year?).

Mmm no. A FM that takes place in small cemetery, with a blue color as light ambient, where you have to use a shovel in order to dig a tomb to get a key to enter the crypt. I remember to see a big Moon. A very recent FM.
