The porn island in Sexy Adventures on Porn Island
Aaaaand we have a winner! This, of course, was the correct answer.
Anyway, I thought of this topic while playing Far Cry 3. After adventures in hostile territory I was back in one of the earlier, liberated, parts of the gameworld. Driving on a road along the beachside as the sun was setting, I was meeting people along the roadside and in passing cars, and some Hawaiian ukulele song playing on the radio. And I was thinking to myself
"if I somehow got stuck in this game and had to live here, it wouldn't be so bad." :). But, upon reflection, if I could pick
any gameworld I'd probably go with the one a few of you already picked:
Skyrim. Despite the war and the dragons and giant spiders and everything, the people of Skyrim seem to be a happy, easy-going folk. Seems like there are good opportunities to take on any kind of work you'd want there as well, and a good variety of locations to settle down in.

No videogames in Skyrim though...
Most game worlds would be pretty horrible to actually be in I think.
Upon much reflection, my answer is No-one Lives Forever. That'd be fun.
Or maybe Mass Effect. Wait... not if I had to be the protagonist.

You wouldn't have to. To reiterate: "You'll have the same abilities and opportunities (as the protagonist), though you won't be bound to walking the same path they did (unless you want to)." Maybe I wasn't clear enough but this basically means you can just sit around on your ass all day and ignore whatever quests you've been given or what prophecies you have to fullfill.
Also, with games set in the modern day you'd only get to play whatever videogames already exist in the gameworlds. So for instance in GTA 4 you'd only be able to play the QUB3D arcade.

I was going to say Mass Effect actually. Get myself a ship and do the whole Han Solo / Malcolm Reynolds thing, except maybe find a way to either do it legally, or be useful enough to people that I'll never get arrested. I'm not big on boats and yachts, but I think having my own spaceship would be dandy. Plus i could pick a planet somewhere to set up shop, play with as many guns as I like, have a Turian dudebro and a freaky asari g/f, and a krogan or batarian bodyguard I'd call Worf :P Also having a salarian buddy to play co-op games with, and invent cool gadgets. The gadgets would have to be cool because any gadgets I build these days only do stuff that is already possible in the ME universe. So the new gadgets would have to improve upon THAT, cool.

Kingdom Hearts. I mean come on. Surrounded by Disney and Square characters where nothing that bad ever happens...except maybe THE DARKNESS.

The Saboteur - I'd live in the backroom of a Parisienne brothel, listening to fine Jazz all day, drink and smoke a lot, drive in races and shoot down a Nazi Zeppelin from time to time.
Oh and everyone loves me right, because wherever I go I BRING THE COLOURS WITH ME.
