Exactly. A makeshift due to the fact that there aren't a lot of helpful representations of this weapon...and to the fact that communicating with a hungarian blacksmith is not the simplest thing in the world.

I did my own interpretation. I like the idea of the eye symbol on the hilt, though...

I'm not so sure that the sword even had 'power'. It was a black sword, so it would be less visible than a normal sword.

Maybe I should have thought more carefully, but well, it's done by now. Only these spikes at the end of the crossguard are nonsense. Apart from being invisible it might seem that this sword can hurt ghosts/apparations, but since they only appear after you wield this new weapon...
