I find funds to be very plentiful in T:DS - you won't miss that bit of loot. It's a pity you have to take it at the expert difficulty.

Really? If that's true (due to loot goal requirement) then I would consider it a bug! I don't know how to do it otherwise though, other than to make the amount less than 10% (so you can still get 90% otherwise)

Well there can be benefits to NOT robbing someone. If you take everything, it'll be harder for them to make money. Then you can't rob them again later. Also, robbing her could have earned him some major enemies.

A bit off topic but in the credits it says that her voiceactor is Terri Brosius, didn't she also voiceact Victoria in TG and TMA??

Quite right. Mrs. Brosius was also one of the writers for the first two games, and was the primary writer for Thief 3. She also did the voice of SHODAN in SS2.
