this just makes me want to find this 20,000 Leagues under the Sea movie and watch it!
I keep thinking about renting City of Lost Children, never get to it though... but on that tangent, see Delicatessen, it's got some similar elements when it comes to the underground people. And it's just freakin' creepy.
Also. what year is this version of 20,000 Leagues? There's a lot of versions out there.
