More of a request than a complaint. I realize that NewDark has allowed for a much broader scope for missions, but I don't find myself enjoying massive gameplay that takes four to six, or even more hours to complete.
Could we get, sometimes, missions that can be completed between a half hour and two hours?

Great idea, Don. I'm playing Broken Triad right now, and while it's most definitely an awesome game of the highest caliber.. I'm just "lost". There's just too much to do for my current state of mind, and I'm just rushing through it without really enjoying it fully. I mean, I'm enjoying it, but it's not what I'm in the mood for and I'm only playing it because I started it.. But, I know exactly what you mean.

I don't like horror missions, missions with undead and darkness. Not on my nerves.

Long readables and haunts. I don't like scouring a 3 page readable looking for a clue. Just get to the point. Haunts have freaked me out since I first played thief on my voodoo graphics card. That laugh gives me chills.

The perfect horror situation for you would then be a large library (possibly like the one in "A night in Rocksbourg 3"), Haunts are sitting everywhere, reading very long rolled-up parchments, and when you enter the room, they look at you, point to an empty stool, and tell you: "Join us... join us... join us NOW!" And then, their manical laughter begins.:ebil:

School? I believe most of us were there at some point.

Maybe, but there were girls! Have you ever seen a female Haunt?
Random_Taffer on 1/2/2023 at 19:33
How would you be able to tell if a haunt was female? By the voice I guess?
Baggier tunic about the chest?

Having female haunts would be cool, because then it might change our ideas of the whole Hammer order not allowing females canon. Aka, "they used to have swords and females, what changed?" intrigue.

Honestly I do not really mind any single one of these. Junk in had to pick chests is annoying but part of the game, for example. Ultimately, what I simply cannot stand is the architecture. That's really it. Too "gamey" levels, or even old FMs that are considered great but look so so barren nowdays (20 years later than when they were made, to be fair) can make me quit them.
