That's
The Inverted Manse.
That sounds like the easter egg staff in
Hammerite Deathmatch, but could be something else.
I've always been partial to the
frying pan in
Ominous Bequest.
Same here... very solid and always handy.

My favorite custom object (though it's not technically a weapon, exactly) is the
Staff of Far Reach from Broken Triad. There have undoubtedly been many awesome custom weapons/items since, but I will never forget the feeling of discovering that item and how to use it while playing that mission for the first time. That was one of those perfect "Oh, that's freakin' cool!" moments for me.
I was just gonna say that one myself, but you remember it better and were first, so I'll just agree. And I loved the fact it was
optional too.

[..]and the
Alarus Sword in The Drymian Codex.
What, what? Did I miss it somehow? I only played that mission like a month ago and I don't remember such a thing. o.O

It's the easter egg. Well, it's one of them. I hope to release videos revealing all the easter eggs in my missions soon, and I plan to start with that one.

i do get a bit of a chuckle when people spoiler the names of items, its not like the location is given away, also by doing this, newer people will want to play and find them, also people who may have not found them and replay mission ,just funny how now just the name of item and what it does it spoilerish :P
i just hope dewdrop don't make the spoiler list
also now there is getting to be so many fan mission through-out the years that even i am having a hard time remembering there names
i can fully understand spoilering a location of something

We're not spoilering all items, just custom weapons. It is exciting to discover such weapons for yourself when you play a mission and knowing ahead of time takes some of the fun out of it. At least I think this is true for many people, though maybe not all. But out of respect for those people who don't want to know in advance, we use spoiler tags. I'm one of those people; I'd rather not know. In fact, I refuse to watch movie trailers for the same reason. I want everything to be a surprise. I don't want' to know anything about a fan mission (or a movie) beforehand.
