A few more good ol B&E mansion missions would be nice. Give me at least 2 or 3 rob the rich guy blind OMs.
And at least one more hair raising night in a horribly haunted location.
And a good city mission with sewer, street level AND thieves highway.

Please no! Not my intent at all. I just want something that is far enough away from the originals that it can stand on its own and be innovative but in the same universe so that it can hold the same feel.

Rooftop mission like "Life of a party"

My 'fear' is rapidly turning into a phobia, I think. I would be absolutely crushed and depressed if Eidos turned T4 into a modern-day shooter. Not to mention mad as hell. :mad:
Here's hoping the T4 devs will take some hints from all of our T4 threads. And at least play through TDP & TMA once to get the 'real feel' of Thief.

I'm sure they will use SR for Garrett, Dia. Whether or not he will be the player character is another question altogether. Perhaps he will be the mentor whom you meet up with periodically throughout the game.

Thief 1 had nearly perfect balance of natural and supernatural, of human enemies and non human enemies, so I say - look at original Thief for example of how new Thief should be done in that regard. T2 severely lacked supernatural locations and enemies for my taste.
My 3 most favourite missions in Thief 1 are Down in the Bonehoard, Haunted Cathedral, and Return to the Cathedral.
