Yeah, now that was sweet. Although the System Requirements I saw for Thief The Dark Project said it was OK on just Win98.

TDP, TMA, and SS2 never have run quite as well as on this setup. *sigh* I miss those days. :(

I used to play Thief with Win98SE and Voodoo 4. Ahh the memories.. :)
Now, I play Thief 3 with XP and TDP(G)&TMA in 98 SE (Radeon 9600 Pro), since my 8800 GTS doesn't let me play them more than 10 seconds without crashing the whole system. :tsktsk:

I'm playing on 64-bit Vista. Dunno why people bash it so much.
There were some driver issues early on, but no major bugs. All my games and applications work.

Bashing comes from inconvenience, bugs, changes deemed unnecessary, and any other thing that slows down productivity and gets in the way of fun.
Not speaking from personal experience, though.
