I just finished Man Men season 1, watching it on the internets. I'm totally in love with it now.
One of its biggest plusses for me is that everyone seems to have a story. Characters featured in every episode but hardly saying anything important in the first five episodes and suddenly having a story in the sixth episode - when I look back at how they behaved previously, and what they said, it suddenly clicks together and you can understand them more.
The show is slow-paced in a way that I wouldn't exspect to attract major audiences, actually. I'm happily surprised that it did. Onto season two. :D

By sheer coincidence, I'm at the beginning of Mad Men myself. What strikes me first, as I'm a pretty visuals-oriented person, is the set design and cinematography. It's lovingly detailed in its reproduction of the time period, and beautifully shot for a series.
The other thing that stands out is the incredibly sharp sexism. I understand the atmosphere of the 50s and 60s - hell, I'm sure those offensive magazine ads of the 50s likening a woman to a household object were part of the inspiration for the series - but it's incredibly pervasive here, layered across almost every conversation in the episodes I've seen. I don't quite like it. But perhaps that's the point, and it's certainly realistic. I hope it's not there just for the sake of realism though, and is being portrayed in as heavy-handed a fashion to foreshadow and be leveraged for plot developments later on.
So far though, it's definitely caught my attention with its authenticity. It seems to have a lot of the production and narrative principles of The Wire guiding it, and that's excellent to see.

I'm watching Childrens Hospital and Workaholics.
CH's short 10 minute episodes are just brimming with creativity and humor. My favourite moment so far was when, at the end of an episode where there's a heatwave going on, they end the episode with an homage to Do The Right Thing's opening-sequence.

Workaholics is good too.

Nearing the end of X-Files, I'm midway in Season 8. The episode The Gift is an especially poignant monster-of-the-week episode. It's up there with the Season 5 episode The Post-Modern Prometheus (which is masterfully done in the style of old black&white horror movies, complete with crackling thunder and a mad scientist) in that it succeeds in making you care about its horribly disfigured, tragically misunderstood monster.
Another stand-alone episode I really want to recommend is the Season 7 episode Je Souhaite, written by Vince Gilligan of Breaking Bad, who's one of the best X-Files writers. It's about a genie who grants people three wishes, but not in the way these people expect. It all plays out in a hilarious fashion, I laughed my ass off!
Also started watching The Big Bang Theory. Only seen a couple of episodes. Pretty decent so far, though I must say I like the jokes more than the characters.

I bought a fan-made set of Team Knight Rider which I've just finished. Like the original show it wasn't exactly thought-provoking but entertaining fluff all the same.
Now I've just started on the complete Scrubs boxset - I have a lot of catching up to do...

We got started on Breaking Bad over the weekend. I like it so far, although I'm finding it difficult to see how they'll spin it out over 4+ seasons. Curious to see how they'll do that!

Parker Lewis Cant Lose (Super old early 90s comedy show that practically no`one seems to have
I just wanted to say that that show was aired in Swedish television when I was a youth. It was some 20 odd years ago, but I think I remember liking it, or it must at least have had something that made it worth watching - either that or we were just some kind of underdeveloped country when it came to TV shows... yeah, that might actually have been it, so when something out of the ordinary came on, we watched it. It's gotten better, though.
At the moment I'm not following anything, but I used to follow (in recent times)
Breaking Bad (liked it),
Dexter (at least the first season, after that it started to go downhill and I lost interest). I followed Scrubs for a while, but lost interest: I think I got fed up with the main character after watching
Garden State, because then I got stuck in the notion that he (the actor) is just playing
with himself instead of his character(s).
I also remember following some locally produced series (even this weird, Swedish sci-fi series, which I actually liked), but that was either too long ago or too Swedish.
