So I've been on a Curb Your Enthusiasm binge, slowly getting towards end of season 4. It's a great "pick it up from anywhere / dont watch too seriously" show and I love the super awkward over-enthusiastic (a-ha!) situation comedy. Not something that makes me LOL, but definitely will put a grin on my face.

Done with The X-Files. Saw every episode and the two movies. I'm actually a little emotional right now.
The last 2 seasons are not as great as what came before, but still fun. Doggett and Reyes are good characters and the actors do a good job, but the viewer misses the Mulder & Scully inter-dynamic. And the writing overall is a little less good than it used to be, though still good enough for me.
But the last double episode was great in my opinion. Truly epic, wraps up the show in a very satisfying way.
WARNING: major show conclusion spoilers, people like dethtoll who still plan on watching the show shouldn't read!
I must admit it felt satisfying to watch The Cigarette Smoking Man die a violent death shown in gruesome detail, they allowed the audience a moment of vindication.
I liked that the universe/God/whatever seemed to support Mulder in his quest by showing the ghost figures aiding him (I don't believe they were just figments of his imagination, for starters the ghost of X gave him a piece of paper with Covarriubas' address), it made his quest a holy one.
I also liked that they summarized the mytharc during the courtroom scenes. One thing I do wonder about: Scully said the judges were doubting whether to acquit Mulder. If that's true, that means that three of the judges (the ones who weren't a super-soldier) weren't bought and had some degree of impartiality. One thing they could've done that might affected their judgment is, when Gibson Praise takes the stand, he could've told the judges exactly what they were thinking, like "right now you're thinking of going home and watching the baseball game on TV" or something. While that doesn't prove the alien conspiracy, at least it would've shown the jury members that there's some truth to the supernatural stuff that Mulder claimed was going on, and it might've affected their verdict.

I've been enjoying DS9 these last few weeks. Half way through season 5 at the moment. The wife is just seeing the later episodes for the first time. It should be interesting watching her watch the last 50 or so episodes.

I thought the first ep of the new iteration of Sherlock was surprisingly good - time for more, I think.

Haven't seen "Hound of the Baskervilles" yet, but I loved most of season 1 as well as the season 2 premiere. Yes, the series is often over the top and requires major suspension of disbelief, but the dialogues sparkle with wit, it's directed with great style and the actors are obviously having a fantastic time. I haven't seen pure entertainment done that well on TV in a long time.
Edit: We've also started watching the old BBC I, Claudius. Not bad, but the style and especially the acting take some getting used to - after Rome (which was by no means perfect, mind you) it does feel extremely dated at times, and the fruity '70s RSC accents don't always help, except when the characters' sexuality is meant to be, erm, fluid.

Three episodes per season is my only gripe with this show. Not certain that I like Holmes' character as a high functioning sociopath, but the show is excellent.

Give Millennium a try next if you haven't seen it yet. Carter's next best, shame it didn't last.

Though Millennium was only good for the first couple of seasons. After that it focused way too much on things other than what made those first few seasons so good. Those good things being when he was using his powers to solve murders etc.

A little late to express this, but I'm bummed they dropped Outsourced this season. Heaven forbid Americans should be subjected to a show about life in another country.
May I recommend "Mumbai Calling".
