Ok so hopefully this will be the last one :rolleyes:
I'm on the mage towers now and i've completed all of the elemental towers and got the treasure key. So I head up the central tower to the top door with that one mage walking up and down but it wont open it! It just makes that sound when it's the wrong key for the door. After exhausting all other possibilities, I had a look on the circle.com and some other website and they both say that the treasure key opens the door at the top of the central tower. What's going on?! Is my game just broken?

This might just be a shot in the dark, but did you unlock the door the correct way? IIRC, there is a mechanism right next to it that must be used to unlock the door, using the treasure key on the door directly won't work.

He's right. The key goes in a funny looking piece on the right door molding, if you have the final key.
It works the same as the keys from all the other towers. None of them work directly on the door. All go in a lock mechanism to one side of the doors.

Hmm...well this is embarrassing lol how did I not think of that I swear they hide those things on purpose. Thank you guys and as I said, hopefully this will be the last one i'm starting to fill this board up ha. :thumb:

They do that so you have to remember things and THINK your way through the game(s). Thief and GOLD in particular is not a "If it moves Kill it!" game.
You opened the doors to 4 towers using exactly the same system. Remember?
I suggest you slow your passage through the missions a little. :)

Actually it was only 3 towers because the water tower lock is broken. Remember? :p

You are correct. have fun with the rest of the missions and be sure to visit SWORD again on Expert if you didn't do it this time. It appears you have TGOLD, so you will enjoy "little-Big" land.

You don't have to play expert to get to little big land. its on all difficultys. Unless I got there and wasn't supposed to on normal. lol:angel::thumb::)

True, but Expert is a little more of a challenge.

A little more challenge? For me hard is a little more challenge, and expert is for masters..lol
I tried it on a few missions to see areas that weren't otherwise accessible like Down in the bone Hoard....it was instant death for me in the new area..lol I hope to master it one day but wow its tough. :angel::thumb::cheeky:
