I think it's quite obvious, as most of us will agree. But personally, there are quite a few things I prefered about Thief TDP, and Lord Bafford's Manor will forever be my favourite Thief mission of all time...probably because of the childhood nostalgia every time I start it.
I wish there more quality T1 missions, and here are a few reasons why:
-I like the atmosphere of Thief 1 better.
-I like how far Garrett jumps, and how it can be exploited to move faster, and I just move with greater ease overall in Thief 1
-The original Hammerite dialogue and all the cult hilarity it assures
-The blackjack feels more responsive and quicker
I wish I could get Dromed to work:confused:, because I really want to make a few missions of my own...I have an idea for a prison style/doom/nightmare mission I've been dreaming up for months:ebil:

Do you have TFix installed on Thief? If you don't you should get it as it comes with the new 1.21 dromed. But if you already have it then I don't know why it wouldn't work?:erg:

Without question you get more stunning beautiful graphics with T2 fms, and you get much technically proficient games with TDM, but when it comes down to what people really love playing time after time it has to be T1/TG.......just look at the forum...there are 10 times as many T2 games out there but T1/TG dominates proportionally ......say no more ....and this game was released 15 years ago......is there any other computer game ever to have such a massive following 15 years after it's release.....say no more. :D
