Still Life with Blackjack is my favourite level, too. I also liked the Pagan Sanctuary mission at the start of the game. Cradle I don't like...

It's the museum near the end of the game.

Oh yes!! i LIKED the killing time.
NO! There must be no liking of 'Killing Time'! Liking makes it stronger! I can't allow that!
I didn't like the level because it was far too cramped and simplistic, and as you said - once you get to a certain point, there's no going back. The lack of a 'main path' didn't bother me - in fact, Killing Time was much more linear then all the other levels, which may be another reason why I hate it.

Actually there is a way back. Almost by the end of the mission I noticed that I was still a few special loot items short, and had to backtrack to the beginning of the mission in order to find them. There's one part that's very hard to do (lots of jumping and climbing needed), that required many reloads/retries to get it right, but it is possible.

Do you mean that horrible little piece of loot sitting on a ledge in that one giant room?
Soul Shaker on 4/4/2006 at 18:50
I got that as the first piece. I got scared of the hammerties chasing me so I climbed up a wall and I noticed something...just so happened to be the diamond gear..
I loved playing around with mines in the museum. Too bad it's the last real mission....used all that loot for nothing. I got spotted, layed a mine, attracted their attention and ran up the stairs. BOOM! 2 dead guards...
Another one was looking for me so I threw a mine at his feet. "Look a gem, he must be pretty c-BOOM!
Funny times...

Last time I was in Weildstrum, I got 5 guards chasing me, then tossed an oil flask on the stairs, and watched as they all slipped around.
THAT was funny :laff:
jenny83 on 5/4/2006 at 04:58
I have never got anyone to slip on oil. I have tossed MANY bottles without any prize. boring. Do they have to run to slip or what am I not doing right?
I thought at first " Oh wow, Oil flask, let the fun start..." And nothing ever happened..

I don't like the fact that you're forced to BJ someone, and I don't like being "caught" at the end when I wouldn't have normally. My ghosting stats look good except for Times caught: 1  I would like to be able to skip this mission.
If you water arrow all the torches in the room and make a run for the next room you can avoid being spotted.
