Yeah, that message is now a few months old. So don't wait up!
What actually happened is that he site has been hacked a few times (the price of using Wordpress) and I just don't have the time to set up a new one. Maybe later something new will come. In the meantime, enjoy the downloads.

I know Jason Otto's site has recently gone to WordPress...hope he keeps what has happened on your end in mind.
