I've bought a lot of games from Amazon.
It seems you have to pay a fee to sell on it though.

Besides Ebay and Amazon(i already buy in amazon), any other site?
what do you think about this site:

If you're planning on selling PC games specifically, in most cases you simply can't. For several years now (from 2007 onwards, if not earlier), many CD keys are single use since they become bound to some user account or another. (Things like a Steam account, MMO account, etc can't be legally sold on because it would usually be in violation of the terms of service agreement.)
For this very reason, those in the business of used games like Gamestop and EB Games ceased dealing in PC games several years ago.
Similarly if you buy a used PC game and you're unable to play it because of the aforementioned reasons, then there's nothing else to blame besides your own foolishness.

Gumtree isn't bad, though you do get ALOT of dodgy people on there. Though that's an aussie and UK only one.

discogs
Is this site any good? It has a few ancient CDs that I want, but I only came across it recently.
As for selling games, try ebay or amazon. If PC, make sure the game is not "bound" to an account. If it is, let the customers know. Amazon is fairly strict, but ebay will pretty much let anything slide so long as you account for liability. Ebay usually sells cheaper, so bear that in mind.

Re: discogs. It has a great database and interface which makes it an ideal marketplace for audiophiles and small record stores wanting to sell and buy records, usually many of which are not in print anymore. It's not secure by any means, since all it does is put you in contact with the seller/buyer using an unified interface but I never had any bad experience using it, besides buying a few LPs that were sold as M/NM while the covers were torn and discolored.
It probably won't be very useful for new and readily available records, as the postage fees are usually high (higher than amazon) and shipping by individuals or small companies can get pretty slow, but for used or old records that's one of the better ways to go. Also, whatever finances the dying small record shop industry is good in my book.

Does it have any kind of eBay-esque buyer/seller feedback system?

(
http://www.discogs.com/sell/seller_feedback/maz78) Absolutely. It's very clean and similar to eBay so the advice is the same as usual: if you can, buy from someone with lots of positive feedback.
It also has the advantage of being a (large yet) niche community where people are nice and won't try to scam you unlike the all-encompassing eBay.
And that brings us back to the OP's point: I don't think a similar, specialized site with a good database exists for used or old games, and that's a damn shame because eBay generally sucks.
