When creating missions in Dromed I only ever use Fill Air, Fill Solid and Fill Water. When would one use the following?:
-Flood
-Solid-Water
-Air-Solid
-Solid-air
-Evaporate
Is it used for example when you only want to "overwrite" one kind of brush while leaving the others intact?

Flood in particular is useful when filling a place with water without taking chunks out of solid brushes.
For instance, in a swampy outdoors area, you could build all the terrain with solid brushes and then make a large flood brush that covers the whole area. If you make the flood brush lower than the tips of the terrain, you'll get a large area of shallow water with chunks of land sticking out.

Well that is really useful actually, I wish I'd known that before. :D

One thing to keep in mind is that in some areas you'd want to use more than just one flood brush or else you'll get jorge water. The reason for this, I believe, is that the center of your flood brush can't be obstructed by solid.
Actually it might just be the flow brush that can't have its center obstructed by another brush... I can't remember!

It's just the flow brushes that applies to.
Another example:

The caves were made with FillAir dodecahedrons, but I needed a smooth floor sloping upwards. I used a Flood wedge to completely cover the uneven floor, then at the top I used an Evaporate cuboid to chop of the top, without affecting the cave walls, and finally the remaining water was surrounded with a Water->Solid cuboid.
There are actually two slopes there, both with slightly different rotations.
A more recent example is a valted arch:

That arch thing is very interesting and I never knew you could do that :D
Definitely bookmarking for later use :thumb:

Yea that would probably be the flow brush, just like how rooms can't have a solid brush in its center. Thanks for the reminder :)
@R Soul: That cave is looking awesome, I wish I made my caves like that in my previous missions haha. I never knew how to make such good looking caves. I'm a bit confused with the evaporate part however. When did you add water exactly and where? I'm interested in making more caves in my current mission.
