Apparently, this takes place in the Metal Age...
I haven't played Thief II yet, only (most of) the Dark Project, and I've completed Deadly Shadows several times.
I keep hearing about "glowing mushroom tea" and it's "strange effects" on the AI. Is this part of some mission? :confused:
Don't be afraid to spoil it for me, I'm getting the Metal Age very soon...but I'm very curious :) describe it to me.

it's nothing. just another addition to thief's atmosphere. don't worry about it.

It's an element of the fan-made expanded thief universe, not canon. It's a joke made in older threads, as well. I don't know which came first.:)

For a complete thief experience, You should really look into the thief 1 Bow upgrade! :D
