I almost liked (but they freaked me out more) when I was around 10 and thief 2 was new. Those were the days. :)
Anyways, my heart probably goes to pagans. Several shared interests.

Sorry; pagans make me grit my teeth. I want to scratch someone every time they start speaking their 'woodsie' talk. Makes them sound like they're whining all the time. Annoying as hell.
The only good thing I can think of to say about them is that they're pretty easy to blackjack (and kill).

The Hammerites of course.
I have to admit that I am a bit envy, it must be so satisfying to believe in something so hard and fanatically, they build their whole live around their religion; - with their teamwork and unity they are able to create the greatest things and they never have doubt in their actions. :D
If I would life in the Thief world I would join them.
Well, what I dont like is the lack of female Hammers in the Hammerite ranks, the Mechanists have a the advantage there. :erm:

Good point. You don't see such a flawless teamwork nowadays.
I don't know for sure how pagans manage it. They seem like a society, that are ok with each other and will protect each other too, but they don't live all in a giant cathedral. :D
Also, as for my 2nd favourite race, I'm going for Mages. They are just... so cool. :cool: Reading all that stuff, practicing neat magic, being concealed from others, not even being fully known by the keepers.
