Nothing happens when you drop the report, other than the objective completes. You'll know it when something does happen.

When you come out of the warehouse area in Area B-1(with the secret fan in the ceiling that slides back from lever behind crate, there's a courtyard with guard who has the Lights Control key, is there a way up to that area with the broken railing and or that well lighted room to the right of the broken railing area? :confused:
Tried run/mantle from the thingy in the middle - can get the mantling breath - but no mantle!

Yes. Go the the storeroom next door, rope arrow up and go through the opening overllooking the courtyard. It might take a bit of maneuvering but it's definitely possible (and worth it).

I may have misunderstood what courtyard you were referring to. Do you mean the one with the canal running through it and several guards patrolling and standing around? If so, you just need to mantle the square block with the vent grates and then jump/mantle through the opening into the room.

Ok, so I didn't misunderstand. You did it correctly. You can't jump up to the ledge with the broken railing from that square block. But in the storeroom you can place a rope arrow into the wooden planks below the opeing or into the larger crates stacked on the upper shelves next to the opening.
