This is probably TES4: Oblivion, given the Daedric "O" on the splash page and the forum on elderscrolls.com for "the new elder scrolls game".

Whatever... Given the time between Daggerfall and Morrowind, it wouldn't surprise me...

EDIT : Ok, so yes it's a countdown but in days... Whoohoo, more info on TES IV in 7 days !!
