You know, I were the one that suggested the whole "rotate" thing in the first place.

I automatically assumed Tels was talking about the same problems I encountered trying to cook up a decent meal for our everhungry friend.
Am Shagar is probably the translation of "Everhungry One" ;)
Anyway, no, I meant that it is called "fresh fish" but it should be "smoked fish" or something like "cooked fish". I would also have thought you could wrap a fish in dough and make a "baked fish" (It's called "Im Schlafrock" in German, which means literally "in a night-dress". Usually done with sausages. You all know it under it's other name, "hot dog" ;)
I hope Raf extends the cooking possibilities a bit ;)
About fire and cooking:
I found it *very* confusing that the things just float :/ Apart from that, I tried to burn a stool in the fire, but it seems to be made from burn-proof wood.
Apart from the problem that you can "loose" a fish/thing in the fire in the keep, I also found that you can loose things in other places. There is somewhere a severed arm lying around (near the pig) and I picked it up and managed to embed it (accidentily) completely in the wall :-/
Ah, darn Ihope they release the game *sooon*. I finished the demo for the umptenth (sp?) time now...

Actually, ARX is the short version of ARCS which is the acronym for Advanced Rapid Cooking Simulator. :)

I know it was a joke.
Arx is latin for fortress.

Also, i think it should always be possible to carry something if you have the space, but rather the more weight you carry the slower your movement speed is.
i was always disapointed how thats always been done before, i wish someone would make it truely realistc for once. Quote:

The whole fishing feature is cool, I really enjoy fishing in general, but it would've been awfully nice to have fish visually swimming in the water so that you had something to aim for with your fishing pole. Some cute animation of the actual fishing pole with rope, a struggling fish at the other end as you catch one, would've been dead cool. I hope they'll put it in a patch or something. (They probably don't have time to implement it in the upcoming release of the game.) You should need some timing and skill to catch those fish rather than automaically catch some every time you try. But I do love this fishing situation in the game, it's a nice touch. You put 10 fish on top of the fire and by the time they're done you've caught ten more. Fishing is fun! :D
Anyway, is there anyone who might tell me about the red/pink (some colour like that) cross icon that appears above the gold pouch icon, everynow and then? What is it and what does it mean?
